Just a quick reminder that Utah is a felony state for direct shipping. Individuals returning from abroad may bring into state up to one quart of wine or brandy. A person moving to Utah may possess wine or brandy not purchased at a state store if all taxes and markups have been paid and clearance is received from the liquor control commission. See Utah v.
