The Wine Institute has begun migrating many of its member services to a new online platform. For security reasons your username and password from the Wine Institute Members Only Site could not be transferred into the new system, which means you will need to create new login credentials to access the Wholesale Rules Portal.
How to Access the Wholesale Rules Portal:
- As long as you have an email address on record with us (ie. you receive our bi-weekly News Briefs emails) you will already have an account setup. To access this account, enter your email address into the “forgot password” form here.
- You will then receive an email with the subject “Reset Wine Institute Password”. Be sure to look in your spam or junk mail folder if it doesn’t arrive within five minutes.
- Click on the link in that email to reset your password.
- After you’ve setup your new password you can log in to the Wholesale Rules Portal here: https://wineinstitute.compliancerules.org/wholesale-laws-for-wineries

Please note that during this interim period you will continue to use your old login for the main Wine Institute Members Only Site. In 2019, Wine Institute will complete the migration and you’ll be able to use your new login credentials to access the entire Member Portal.
